Project Homeless Connect
My first time volunteering for PHC! This was one of my clients. PHC was an event held December 8th 2008 at the Minneapolis Convention Center. There were 1500 volunteers assisting people who are homeless or think they may become homeless. I was a volunteer and met two awesome people and opened my eyes to something I know nothing about which is homelessness. I would have taken more photos but was busy helping my two 'guests' but did get a chance to photograph this wonderful man pictured here. Shiny Toy Guns
Shiny Toy Guns (http://www.myspace.com/shinytoyguns) played at the Varsity Theatre on Friday oct 24th in Dinkytown. The entire show was light by strobe lighting which is a tough lighting condition to photograph I must say.....

Published Weddings!
Maren and Brad were featured in the KNOT Minnesota magazine this fall!
Their wedding took place at the Nicollet Island Pavillion on a gorgeous fall day. Thanks to Alma Guzman and Rich Fleischman, my associates for the wedding.
Another couple, Kristilyn and Dan, were also featured in the national KNOT magazine's issue this summer as well!

MN Roller girls for the CITYPAGES
My first Cover for the City Pages! Getting a feature story is awesome, but actually having your photo featured on the cover is another story!
The group of MN ROLLERGIRL rookies plus one veteran skater, Skootaloo, (with the black eye) at my studio for the feature story out in the City Pages oct 8th 2008. It's a great story by Beth Walton.
